This Privacy Policy explains what information Ventara ONE collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. If you contact us or use the support chat, we retain the content of that conversation to help resolve your request.
How we use your information
We use your information to process orders, ship products, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to support requests, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider, Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (the AI assistant that powers our support chat, which processes only the content of your chat message). Each of these providers processes data solely to provide their service to us.
Data retention
We retain order records as long as necessary for accounting, legal, and customer service purposes.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that we delete it (subject to legal recordkeeping requirements), by contacting us via the Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
