All orders are packed and shipped by our small team — not a third-party supplier — so please allow a little extra care and time compared to big-box retailers.
Processing time
Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days of payment. During high-volume periods this may take slightly longer; we'll email you if there's a significant delay.
Shipping rates
We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order. Orders totaling $75.00 or more ship free. Exact shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also ask our support chat for a status update using your order number (format: VNT followed by digits).
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost, contact us via the Contact page and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf.
